I bought my truck at A J Dohman Sep. 2022 and just recently a check engine light came on. I called AJ Dohman and they scheduled me a service visit promptly. Brought my truck in and my wait was about an hour. Service personnel were very courteous and professional and explained everything they had done to correct my problem. This was my shortest wait ever at a dealership's service center ever.
Simple oil change, but was a simple walk-in / out experience and was less wait time and cost than the local oil change shops.
Worst customer service ever. I didn’t start calling until 2months have gone by with no registration or plates. My Initial call was the only call actually answered. Ever since my calls were screened, and ignored. (To his credit he did eventually text back a few hours later). It took 6 MONTHS to get my vehicles plates. Rejected twice by dmv due to their faulty paperwork. Then paperwork was admittedly neglected and left on office desk of dealership for a month. I like a smaller dealership where the buying experience is more personal. I was able to conduct most of my buying experience over the internet and remotely to limit my time at the dealership. I appreciate being able to do this. The financing was handled promptly and professionally. The sales experience was pleasant and un-rushed. The team did as they promised from start to finish.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful .The dealership had the Ram 1500 I wanted on the lot at a reasonable price . I didn’t have to spend all day haggling with them.
I had no problems with my car in the service shop. I did not get any paperwork on what they did and don’t know when the next checkup and oil change is.
They was so unorganized I did my payment on a card it got reversed and I had to wait til the money come back on they kept calling me everyday for weeks they sold me a car which was 2018 Altima with bad breaks and dripping Freon... they tried to make me use my extended warranty after having the car for under a month!!! I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go there they friendly but not good with business
Overall my buying experience was great. I was in and out of the door in no time at all. The vehicle I wanted had extra packages and they found one in Missouri exactly how I wanted it and had it at the dealership the next day. Thank you AJ Dohmann.
I've used AJ. Dohmann twice and both times were completely misriable experiences. It seems as though they don't even care about good customer service because they know that you don't really have a choice unless you go across the river. I'm not sure about the sales department, but do NOT use AJ Dohmann's service department for anything more than an oil change!

Everyone was very courteous, helpful and listen to what you wanted to look at. No one tried to push you into buying. Mr Luke was wonderful and also every employee we encountered was super great. This is our fourth vehicle we purshased with aj dohmann and we were very satisfied with each purchase.

When I brought my 2000 Dodge Ram in for repairs( front passenger wheel fell off the day before Thanksgiving) Casey the service manager explained that it would be a few days due to Thanksgiving holidays. He promised that the truck would be looked at asap. They looked at it and tried calling but I was unable to answer because I was at work. I called them back on Monday and authorized the service but due to the age of the truck it was not normal inventory parts. They ordered the parts did the work and had it ready by Thursday.
No one likes the costs of repairing your vehicle but AJ Dohmann helps you feel better about the situation. They also offer great alternative to the only other Jeep dealership which is in Gonzales.
Started out in service department. Great job on reporting trouble with my Patriot. Husband decided he wanted a new vehicle . Staff was very thorough and very pleasant to work with. Already recommend them to some friends.
